MIPIM has made a commitment to lead the way globally in zero carbon events. In Cannes, we have dedicated an entire exhibition zone to this challenge, dubbed Road to Zero (RTZ), to help the international real estate industry take concrete steps toward a zero-carbon future.

From regulatory pressures to financing challenges, end-user demand and the growing risks of obsolescence and brown discounts, the challenge to reduce carbon has never been greater. Our new RTZ initiative combines exhibition space, networking and collaboration opportunities, plus a rich conference programme on the low and zero carbon topics. RTZ brings together experts in low-carbon solutions for construction and renovation, ecosystem specialists, as well as leaders in the design, development and management of buildings that are seeking to drive change.
