Each main exhibiting company has a dedicated contact at Rx France, the MIPIM organizer company. The stand manager of your company should have received the delegates’ registration process from Rx France.

Travel
The city of Cannes is easily accessible and offers many transport options. The train station is located in the city center and is only a few steps away from the Palais des Festivals. The closest airport is in Nice, only 30 minutes away from the Palais des Festivals.

Depending on your origin of departure, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the France-Visas website to find out which documents are required for entry.
The Visa letter can be downloaded from the registration email confirmation, if you are an exhibitor.
If you are not an exhibitor, should you need assistance to get a VISA, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form.
Practical information
You can register for MIPIM online or on-site. Online registration is quick and recommended: simply complete your registration and payment here, upload a photo, and print your badge at home or at one of the self-service kiosks in the registration area.
If you prefer, you can register entirely at the registration desk when you arrive, but please be aware that this option may involve some waiting.
The registration desk will be open on:
Sunday, 8 March from 14:00 to 19:00;
Monday, 9 March from 09:00 to 19:00;
Tuesday, 10 March from 08:00 to 20:00;
Wednesday, 11 March from 08:30 to 19:00;
Thursday, 12 March from 09:00 to 19:00;
and Friday, 13 March from 09:00 to 13:00.

Accessibility is a key priority for MIPIM and the Palais des Festival of Cannes is accessible to all.
The Pharmacie du Casino, located across from the Palais des Festivals, offers manual wheelchair rentals (non-electric). To reserve one, please send an email to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance. The wheelchair can be picked up and returned at the pharmacy or at a nearby address. MIPIM is not contractually affiliated with this establishment.
The parking facility beneath the perimeter of the Palais des Festivals offers 15 accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR). MIPIM is not contractually affiliated with this parking facility.
When attending MIPIM, it's important to be prepared with the right essentials. Print your badge at home and bring it, to avoid the queue at the registration desk.
Please carry with you a valid ID, as your identity can be verified at the entrance.
Bring your cellphone and laptop or notepad, along with chargers and European plug adaptors to stay connected.
Comfortable shoes are a must since MIPIM covers a vast amount of square meters, and you'll be doing a lot of walking. Protect yourself from the sun by packing sunglasses and sun cream to stay comfortable throughout the event. However, it's wise to be prepared for changing weather conditions.
Lastly, carry a bottle of water to take advantage of the available water fountains and keep yourself refreshed throughout the event.

At MIPIM, be you, everyone belongs. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there's a lot of walking involved. The weather is mostly sunny, but mornings and evenings can be chilly. Dress in layers and bring a light jacket.
Our Delegate Directory provides you with contact details and profiles of all attendees and allows you to send them direct messages.
Engage with fellow delegates and make the most of your MIPIM by planning and scheduling meetings in advance. We highly recommend it.
It's important to note that the Delegate Directory is not limited to the event duration; it remains available both before and after MIPIM. You can continue networking and fostering connections beyond the event itself.
Payment and Invoice
You can register online and pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer for total amounts above 400€.
Offline Registration: You can pay by credit card (AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer.
NOTE: For security reasons, we cannot accept any credit card data via email. Credit card information received by email will automatically be deleted and the contract destroyed.
This information is important to enable us to easily identify your payment. Please include one of the following:
- Invoice number: You can find your invoice number on the top left of the invoice. Once registered, your invoice is automatically sent by email.
- Order ID number: If you register online, you will receive a registration confirmation where you can find your Order ID number. Please quote this number as reference when processing your wire transfer.
- I do not have any invoice number or Order ID number: In order to be able to recognize your payment, please mention your company name as filled in on the registration form, the name of the participants registered, and the event you registered for.
If you register online, please use the order ID number and total amount included in the confirmation email to generate the transfer first.
Yes, it is necessary to send a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment to our Customer Service, including your company name, personal details and the event you registered for.
If the payment is done less than 7 days before the exhibition starting day, please bring a copy of the bank transfer as proof of payment.
Please note that we do not accept bank wire as payment method if you register only 3 days before the preopening day. Only payment by credit card will be possible.
If you wish to pay by check 10 days before the show, please bring the check on site.
A payment by cash will be possible only on site.
Once registered, your VAT invoice and a copy are automatically sent by email to the company contact provided on the registration form or the billing contact if provided.
If you need a copy, please fill out the Customer Service Helpdesk Request Form. Remember to include your company name, personal details and the event you registered for.

Participants who are non-resident in France may be eligible for a refund on French Valued Added Tax (VAT) under certain conditions.
Please be sure that your invoice is not a copy as the original is the only document valid for a VAT refund request.
Duplicated and client copies, even certified, will not be accepted by the French tax authorities. Originals cannot be re-issued.

Onsite Services
We are delighted to offer a free shuttle service from hotels located in Cannes and around to the Palais des Festivals.
Yes. A complimentary left luggage service is available to MIPIM delegates, located behind Gare Maritime on Terrasse Pantiero (outside structure). Please ensure your luggage is labelled. All items must be collected the same day, as overnight storage is not permitted. For security reasons, no luggage is allowed inside MIPIM premises on market days.
New this year: discover the MIPIM Bistrot, located in the Palais Central (P-1). It offers a varied menu, including vegetarian options — perfect for a relaxed yet efficient lunch between meetings.
You’ll also find snacks available on Level P-1 at an additional food counter.
Alternatively, do step outside and enjoy Cannes — the city is full of excellent restaurants and charming spots just moments away.
Premium Pass and VIP badge holders may also access the Premium Lounge and VIP Lounge, where catering is available.
You’re welcome to settle into any lounge area: the Visitor Lounge in the Palais Central or the Lounge in Palais 7.
For something a little more refined — matcha, speciality coffees and more — head to the MIPIM Café in the Palais Central. Additional refreshments are also available at the snack counter on Level P-1.
Premium Pass and VIP badge holders may also enjoy refreshments in the Premium Lounge and VIP Lounge.
You may use the Visitor Lounge in the Palais Central or the Lounge in Palais 7 for informal meetings.
Meeting with a French metropolitan authority? Make use of the dedicated Metropoles Lounge in R7.

Yes — our Concierge, located in the Palais Central, is at your service throughout the event.
Need a sewing kit? A replacement pair of tights? A last-minute restaurant booking? The concierge team will be pleased to assist with practical requests to ensure your experience runs smoothly.
Bring them to the Donation Room. Instead of throwing items away, give them a second life and support local charities.
We gladly accept :

Located at the technical desk
There is, the Quiet Room is meant to be a safe space to retreat whenever you feel overwhelmed by the event environment. These room gives you the time and space to decompress, regulate your sensory system, and balance your nervous system.
