Book your stand and your stand location
First, consult with our sales team about your business needs and goals and let's identify your expectations from MIPIM. We'll guide you in finding the perfect location and stand to maximize your presence and opportunities at the event.
We have several dedicated exhibition areas, pinpoint the perfect location to showcase your business.
Make great use of the company hub
Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email from RX Global : [email protected], to log in.
In your company hub, you will be able to :
- Fill in your company profile for our 22,500 delegates to see
- Set up Emperia, our leads scanning app, included in your exhibitor package
- Add delegates on your stand
- Add affiliated companies on your stand
- See your company dashboard analytics
Set up your stand
Once you've booked your stand, expect a confirmation email with your stand plan and number. We'll guide you in selecting a decorator, or recommend one if needed. The decorator will access a platform with all necessary tools and info to craft your stand beautifully and securely. With a turnkey stand, we'll maintain regular communication to keep you informed and aligned throughout the process.
