In 2027, Housing Matters! takes a new step forward by becoming fully integrated into the main MIPIM programme, opening the event on Tuesday morning, 16 March.
Bringing together investors, developers, city leaders, public authorities and residential real estate experts, Housing Matters! will create a dedicated space for high-level dialogue, collaboration and new approaches to the housing challenge.
Housing Matters! will address challenges such as population growth, reduced housing availability, aging demographics, migration, shortages in student housing, and issues of oversupply.
From Welcome Coffee to Morning Break, Housing Matters! offers a mix of formal and informal moments creating the perfect setting to connect with officials, investors, developers and professionals dedicated to finding housing solutions.
