Housing takes centre stage

Housing Matters! moves to the heart of MIPIM in 2027, becoming fully integrated into the main programme on Tuesday morning.

Bringing together investors, developers, public authorities, urban experts and associations, the forum will explore how to deliver more homes while addressing affordability, sustainability and resilience.

MIPIM 2027 will also host a series of invitation-only summits bringing together major investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and political leaders, including RE-Family, RE-Invest, the Political Leaders Summit and Forum des Élus.
