The new Resilience Stage will expand the conversation beyond decarbonisation to address climate risk, geopolitical pressures and the challenges facing owners and cities. The Geostrategies Stage will explore major global investment markets, while a dedicated Data Centers Summit and new Defense track will examine the growing demand for AI-ready infrastructure and adaptable, multi-purpose real estate.

Across 4 Main Stages, 7 Pavilion Deep Dives and dedicated Summits, MIPIM will bring together leading voices, market perspectives and practical insights to help the industry anticipate what’s next.

Housing takes centre stage

Reflecting the increasing role of residential real estate in global investment strategies, Housing Matters, MIPIM's dedicated forum for discussing the future of residential investment, will be fully integrated into MIPIM's core programme and move to Tuesday morning at the heart of the event. Bringing together investors, developers, public authorities, urban experts and associations, the forum will address one of the most urgent questions facing cities worldwide: how to deliver more homes, at pace, while meeting affordability, sustainability and resilience demands.

MIPIM 2027 will also continue to host a series of invitation-only summits bringing together major investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and political leaders. These include RE-Family, RE-Invest, the Political Leaders Summit and Forum des Élus for French city leaders, reinforcing MIPIM's role as a meeting point for both capital and policymakers.
