Europa City, France

Developed by Immochan, and scheduled to open in 2020, Europa City is an 80 hectare project which will provide a new economic, social and cultural development complex for northeast Paris and Grand Roissy. 4 teams are competing to have their design chosen for this new project, and will be displaying their models at MIPIM.

City Skolkovo, Russia

Set to open in 2015, City Skolkovo is an energy efficient city comprised of parks, offices, sport complexes, education facilities, and housing for 45,000 people. It will ensure total recycling of waste and at least 50% of its energy coming from renewable sources.
