A passive & positive approach to energy: how will we live in 2030 or 2050?
By 2050, the EU should cut greenhouse gas emissions to 80% below 1990 levels, according to the Commission’s low-carbon economy roadmap. Energy performance should be improved by passive house technology in new builds, refurbishing old buildings, and substituting electricity and renewables for fossil fuels. How can this be achieved?
