As President, I am engaged in the Policy Research Institute(PRI), Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), JAPAN. In addition to many experiences in City Planning policies and Housing policies, I was seconded to India and the UK as diplomatic attache. Granted Master of Science (M.Sc), Urban planning, LSE in London,
and Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo, Japan.

Japan-MLIT is called as a ‘Super Infrastructure Ministry’ which covers Housing & Urban policy, comprehensive Transport policies including Road, Railways, Aviation, and Maritime, National territorial policy, as well as Real-property & Construction industries, Disaster prevention, Tourism, Coast-guard, Meteorological issues and so on. Total number of MLIT civil servants amounts to more than 60, 000 staffs.
