Ingrid Nappi-Choulet is Researcher and Professor at ESSEC, and holder of the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair, which she founded in 2003.
Accredited as research advisor in management and planning-urban development, she teaches economy and real estate management.
She also teaches at ENPC (Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées).
Ingrid Nappi-Choulet is also Chevalier dans l'Ordre National du Mérite, Pierre d'Or Immobillier durable, Member of the Board of Conseil de l'Immobilier de l'Etat, Administrator of the Observatoire Régional du Foncier d'Ile de France and Member of the development council of Grand Paris Métropole.
She recently created the Workplace-Management Chair, still at ESSEC, to work on the workspaces and their evolutions.
