Patricia advises civic and business leaders on the dynamics of urban change and is valued for her ability to build shared vision and pull together the different components and people that are essential to shaping successful places and economies. With nearly three decades experience thinking about, influencing and improving London, Patricia has had a key role in the city’s successful evolution; including as CEO of Central London Partnership, which pioneered work – from establishing the UK’s first Business Improvement Districts to championing investment in the public realm – designed to shape a people-focused, liveable city and maintain the capital’s global world city status. She is currently building on this through her latest venture, London 3.0, which is focused on the stewardship of the city’s next evolution – one that must respond to London’s contemporary challenges and needs, especially the climate emergency and inequality.
