Amos Simbo is the founder of BPIC Network (Built Environment Inclusion) and Winway Group a fitout M&E services specialist contractor
After graduating from Loughborough University with a Mechanical Engineering degree, he started working in construction as a trainee Projects Engineer. He has since moved on within the industry ranks as a Technical Services Manager and has been running Winway since leaving full time employment to run his own construction business. Amos is passionate about maintaining professional standards and delivering service excellence.
BPIC Network (www.bpicnetwork.com) is a built environment inclusion organisation working with industry partners to improve ethnic minorities representation, retention as well as minority led businesses. We are dedicated to provide guidance, career opportunities, training and networking events tailored to those currently working and aspiring to be in the industry. We also look to create an aspirational platform for young people and those seeking to join the built environment.
Since our launch in 2019, our network has grown to over 5000 members and 45 industry leading partners which has enabled us to collaborate effectively with the industry.
Winway Consultants (www.winwayservices.com ) having started as a small design consultancy in London has now gone on to mechanical and electrical installation within the construction market in London. Through sustainable growth, Winway looks to expand across the UK as well as parts of Africa to champion the built environment as well as building communities
