With London as a premium investment target for international real estate, the UK plays a key role at MIPIM, and showcases their outstanding development projects in a dedicated pavilion each year. In 2013, a keynote address by Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, allowed participants to gain insight into London’s development and post-Olympic Games challenges and opportunities.
