  • Belgian pavilion

    • An extended pavillion gathering Belgium's three main regions - Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels Capital Region – with cities like Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and over 200 developers, investors, architects and consulting companies.
    • Doubled in size for MIPIM 2016, the Belgium pavilion arranged under the banner of Surrealestate.
    • A full programme with project presentations, market analyses and networking events.

    German Pavilions

    • On top of the German architects pavilion, German first and second tier cities and regions will gather more than 130 public institutions and private property players at big stands. Discover projects in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, the North-Rhine-Westfalia region and meet top executives from Auer Weber, Bilfinger, Corpus Sireo, Deka Immobilien, Drees & Sommeer, and STRABAG among others.

    United Kingdom

    • Over 300 companies will gather to explore the many opportunities London has to offer, including developers, agencies, architects, brokers, investors and property professionals.
    • 30 conferences, project showcases and networking events over 4 days.
    • Brokers include CBRE Global Investors, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International and Knight Frank; investors Invesco and Pramerica will also be present.
    • Returning city teams from London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow will be joined this year by Belfast, Newcastle and Sheffield.
    • Architecture remains a key UK export, with Benoy, Chapman Taylor and Design International exhibiting at MIPIM.
  • ITALIAN PAVILION

    • The Italian Pavilion, organised by the ICE – Italian Trade Agency – and ANCE will welcome several Italian regions and institutions on an extended space vs. 2015.
    • The cities of Rome and Milan have joined their fellow countrymen at MIPIM this year, doubling the country’s presence.
    • Learn about the Italian market and connect with private and public sectors local stakeholders during topical panel sessions, projects presentations and networking events.

    France

    • Grand Paris project developments will be showcased by local authorities, institutions and the private sector under a 1,000m² sea view tent.
    • Discover business opportunities and meet key players through a full programme of presentations and events.
    • Visit stands featuring the country’s largest regional groups: Paris, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nantes, Toulouse, Nice, Strasbourg, Lille and Grenoble.
    • Following the recent reorganization of the French regions, a growing number of communities are pulling together for the benefit of inward investors. Toulouse and Montpellier, for example, will be exhibiting alongside each another in the Riviera 7 Hall.
