Latin America at MIPIM

Latin America is one of the top destinations for investment, boasting an attractive HTL (Hotel, Tourism & Leisure) sector, strong influence of architects (notably Chilean), and the home of some the world's top sporting events (2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics in Brazil).

In 2013, MIPIM was proud to welcome Latin America with an Argentina pavilion, several exhibitors from Brazil and for the frist time ever, Chile, as well as conference sessions dedicated to presenting the latest investment opportunities in this vibrant location.

- Panama Pacifico, Republic of Panama
  
  At 1,400 hectares, Panama Pacifico is one of the largest redevelopment projects in the world. Construction began in late 2008, and is ongoing, with more than $260 million in investment made to date by master developer London & Regional Panama.
