GRAND PARIS PROJECT: CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

The Grand Paris project aims to imagine and develop the Ile-de-France metropolitan area on a new, global and ambitious scale. It mobilises all urban actors: developers, transport operators, public and private investors, construction firms, architects and urban planners.

The French Rugby Federation has chosen a 133 hectare site in Ris-Orangis, at the heart of Evry Centre Essonne to establish their future 82,000 seat stadium: a 5th generation arena and development project with a sports cluster and leisure village.

Helios project

Zenia Boulevard in Spain, Immochan

In 2013, French developer Immochan, (commercial real estate arm of Groupe Auchan) joined MIPIM for the first time to offer investors partnership opportunities in Europe and Eastern Europe, and present Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante, Spain.
