- MIPIM VIP Lounge by Club Med
  
  Club Med created an astonishing VIP lounge in 2013, featuring 3 distinct areas – Mountain, Sea, Asia – and premium services in a relaxed ambiance.
- Yongsan IBD Block H (South Korea)
  
  By Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in association with Samoo Architects & Engineers. A luxury 5-Star hotel and a high-end serviced residential building containing 167,225 m² of space, with casino, retail and spa functions in the basement. Scheduled for completion in 2016.
- Mons Beyond The Walls (Belgium)
  
  By Eurogare. A mixed-use project connecting the historic town centre to the new town and featuring a 120-room hotel designed by Architects + SL and ADM.
- Salalah Gardens Mall & Residences (Oman)
  
  By United Real Estate Company. A mixed-used project including a hospitality component of serviced studios and apartments operated by Safir International Hotels & Resorts. Salalah Gardens Mall is expected to be operational as of mid-2013.
- One Nine Elms (United Kingdom)
  
  By Kohn Pedersen Fox Associated. Located on London’s riverside at Vauxhall, these two 200.meters high towers accommodate 487 residential units with office and hotel accommodation at the lower levels. One Nine Elms is Western Europe’s tallest residential development.
- Airport Business Park (Uruguay)
  
  By Greenpol International Investment and Business Brokers and designed by LV arquitectura. Facing the Carrasco International Airport of Canelones, this energy self-sufficient complex will include a business hotel with high technology and exclusive designs.
