    Open to all participants, the visitors club includes our ‘Building Innovation’ area,‘Gateway Netherlands' and the ‘Industrial & Logistics Lounge’. It offers a large scope of services like Wi-Fi, a meeting area with 5 private rooms available for reservation, tables and area for refreshments.

    This lounge is open to investors, Corporate occupiers and VIPs. It offers a zone for networking and client meetings. Dedicated hostesses will guide clients and take messages. The club also enables you to organise your business cocktails with all the privacy you need.

    Developed in partnership with PKF hotelexperts and Interna, and exclusively designed for hospitality, and real estate professionals, the HTL Lounge offers fast- paced HTL Presentations with unrivaled access to prime hotel, tourism, and leisure industry players and projects and HTL Power Meetings, a unique speed networking opportunity.The lounge is also an ideal meeting point complete with a sea view terrace and complimentary bar service.
  • Regus Business Lounge
    The Regus Business Lounge will be available to dedicated members of the Customer Recognition Programme and offers complimentary and personalised business services, including private lounge area, international press, PC/Internet access, refreshments and specialised staff.
  • Concierge service and information points
    MIPIM features a complete range of concierge services, including restaurant, taxi, and flight reservations; helicopters, shuttles and spa appointments and sightseeing activity arrangements. Information desks are clearly signposted throughout the Palais des Festivals, where you will find bilingual receptionists to answer all your questions.
  • Business centre
    The MIPIM business centre provides participants with a range of secretarial and business services at competitive prices, including typing, printing, photocopying, faxing and postal services.
  • Member service desk
    The MIPIM member service desk provides personalised services for members of our Customer Recognition Programme. Dedicated staff members are available to answer questions about the programme and help you with transportation, restaurant reservations and any other requests during MIPIM.

    Email points, plug-and-play areas and free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) will be available in several locations throughout the Palais des Festivals. To access the Wi-Fi, you will need to log in using your last name (as printed on your badge) as your username and the 6 figures behind your badge as your password.

    Paid wireless Internet will be available at the Palais des Festivals through the Viapass network.

    At MIPIM, a free cloak room is available at the Palais des Festivals, where participants can check coats and small bags.
  • Luggage check
    Baggage can be kept at the Palais des Festivals for delegates arriving at MIPIM directly from the airport.

    An overnight safety deposit area for your valuables is available during MIPIM.
