MIPIM business code of conduct

MIPIM seeks to protect all clients by ensuring that business is conducted in the Palais des Festivals or in the zones reserved exclusively for MIPIM registered customers during the exhibition's opening hours.

Any company, whether registered or not with MIPIM, who carries out business related to MIPIM activities outside the designated exhibition areas (apartments, suites, hotels, restaurants) is doing so against both French Law and our tradeshow rules. Attracting potential customers outside of the exhibition area is unfair to goodwill participants who have, as a result, drawn our attention to these unfair practices.

Important facts to remember

  • Any commercial activity related to MIPIM taking place on the sidelines of a trade show is forbidden by law during the exhibition opening hours.
  • Presentations, sales meetings, flyer distribution, etc. are seen as commercial activity.
  • Your sales representative can help you design the right set up for your specific needs.
