    • Business lounge
      Open to all partipants, this lounge offers a bigger networking area with private spaces where you can hold your meetings or simply relax. it also offers a series of free services including WIFI access, photocopying, printing services, fax facilities, e-mail points and a concierge service to reserve hotels, restaurants and taxis.
    • Chairman's Club
      A lounge area with WIFI service and complimentary bar will be available to CEOs upon presentation of their badge.

    • Business centre
      Within the Business lounge, the Business centre provides participants with a range of secretarial and business services at competitive prices, including typing, printing, photocopying, faxing and postal services.
    • Concierge
      MAPIC features a complete range of concierge services, including restaurant, taxi, and flight reservations; helicopters, shuttles and spa appointments and sightseeing activity arrangements.     • Member service desk
      The MAPIC member service desk provides personalised services for members of our Customer Recognition Programme. Dedicated staff members are available to answer questions about the programme and help you with transportation, restaurant reservations and any other requests during MAPIC.
    • Complimentary Internet services
      The MAPIC Internet zone offers e-mail points and a plug-and-play area. Free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) within the business lounge. To access the Wi-Fi, you will need to log in using your last name (as printed on your badge) as your username and the 6 figures behind your badge as your password.

    • Internet service rental
      Paid wireless Internet will be available at the Palais des Festivals through the Viapass network. Subscriptions can be purchased by logging onto the Viapass website inside the Palais des Festivals or by visiting the Viapass desk.
    • Mobile phone and 3G data card rental

    • Restaurants and bars
      Snacks and drinks are available in the Palais des Festivals at the following locations:
      - Level 01
      - Level 01, "Puits de Lumière" area, located next to the escalators leading to Riviera Hall
    • Cloak room
      At MAPIC, a free cloak room is available at the Palais des Festivals, where participants can check coats and small bags.
    • Luggage check
      Baggage can be kept at the Palais des Festivals for delegates arriving at MAPIC directly from the airport.
    • Safety deposit
      An overnight safety deposit area for your valuables is available during MAPIC.
    • Courier service
