Chris Igwe, Head of Retail & Senior Director European Retail Leasing, EMEA, CB Richard Ellis - along with a team of researchers from Wisconsin School of Business and HEC - hosted an innovative conference: a real-time snapshot of the market based on input from all the participants at MAPIC. After three days’ polling investors, developers, retailers and local communities in the exhibition area and conference rooms of the Palais des Festivals, Chris Igwe will assessed the general mood about the global retail real estate situation among the industry’s key players, and then summarised their outlook for the future.
