Can you help me find and book accommodation?

The Hotel Department helps registered participants find accommodation. Online booking is also available for each show. For tips and information on reserving your accommodation online, please consult the show website:

Please note that our hotel bookings are not made on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we take account of the number of rooms allocated to a delegate or exhibiting company, and whether the delegate/company has requested accommodation at previous Reed MIDEM events.

Is there a minimum-stay requirement during the market? How can I get an accommodation refund?

Many hotels (mainly in Cannes) require a minimum stay during the market. For information on minimum-stay requirements and refunds, please consult our hotel partners’ terms and conditions on the show website:

I am attending a show in Cannes and would like to stay close to the Palais des Festivals. What are my accommodation options?

Few hotels are located close to the Palais. However, our recommended apartment agencies, Immosol and EverythingCannes, may be able to assist you to find a rental apartment that suits your needs.

Consult the "Register" page of the event you would like to attend.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

According to our contract regulations, registration is final and binding, with no cancellations or refunds. For more information, please contact the Registration Department.

How and where do I collect my badge?

If you are a returning client, depending on the registration date your badge may be mailed to you (depending on the date you registered). All other participants must collect their badges in the Registration Hall.

Please check the section of the show website for registration opening hours. We recommend collecting your badge before the show to avoid queues. You must show an official photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence, to collect your badge.

What can I access with my badge?

Your badge gives you access to the exhibition area, conferences and keynotes, official ceremonies or networking events (Opening Cocktails, awards, etc...), and the Visitors’ Club.

Can I transfer my registration to my co-worker?

Yes, if the transfer is authorised by your local sales representative for authorisation to transfer your registration.

Login and Password

I received an email with a personal login and password. What is this for?

It will allow you to book your hotel online (see accommodation) and build up a personalised network of contacts with our networking tool, through the Online Community web page.

What should I do if I lose my personal login and password?

Visit the online community web page and fill in the “Forgot Personal Login or Password" section using the email address provided upon last registration. You will receive an automated email with the login and password.

If you do not receive this email, please ensure it has not been sent to your spam.

When will I receive my personal login and password?

You will receive a personal login and password within a few days of your registration being processed.

Why can’t I log in?

Please type in your information in the requested fields. Do not copy and paste the codes, as this may copy a space which may invalidate your access. As soon as you have correctly entered your personal login and password, scroll to the end of the text and choose “agree” or “don’t agree”, then click "validate".

ID Card

What is the ID card?

Your ID card will be emailed to you 1 month before the show. It enables registration staff to retrieve your information more quickly. However, it is not required for on-site registration.

I did not receive my ID CARD. What should I do?

Participants may instead present an official photo ID such as a passport, identification card, driver's licence, etc.

I cannot open my ID CARD email. What should I do?

This email is automated and may be mistaken as spam. Change your email security settings to allow you to download the document.

Where can I organise meetings during the market?

The Participants Club is open to all participants without reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis. Tables allocated are on a rotational basis. An electronic message board and our hostesses will help you find your party.

Can you recommend any restaurants?

Where can I print, copy or fax documents?

The Business Centre offers these services. Consult the printable interactive floor plan to find out where it will be located during the market.

Customer recognition programme

How do I attain Gold or Silver Membership?

Membership is offered according to the following criteria:
Silver: available to all participants who have attended the last 4 consecutive markets or more.
Gold: available to all participants who have attended the last 7 consecutive markets or more.

How do I know my membership level?

A personalised email is sent 3 weeks before the show to members providing details of your status and benefits.

I have been coming for several years. Why am I not a member of the customer recognition programme?

It is possible that you are eligible for membership. To find out, please contact loyalty@reedmidem.comor visit the onsite member desk.

Why do I no longer receive my Gold/Silver card with my badge?

Under our company strategy of “Going Green”, we no longer provide this card. Instead, your Gold/Silver status is displayed on your badge. Simply present your badge to collect your benefits.

Where can I find information about the programme and its benefits?

Before the show, members will receive a personalised email listing all benefits. For specific issues or requests, please email loyalty@reedmidem.com or visit our web site.

Is it necessary to book seminars and conferences online prior to the market?
